  • The Most Generous Travel Policy in Texas

    Your wedding officiant should never add stress to your planning — especially when it comes to travel. That’s why Vow Squad is proud to offer one of the most generous travel policies in Texas.

    ✔ Free Travel Up to 75 Miles (One Way)

    Every ceremony includes free travel within 75 miles (one way) from the closest core city center. No matter which Vow Squad officiant serves you, your travel coverage begins from one of our major anchor points:

    Dallas (DFW): Vow Squad HQ - Frisco

    Austin: (Satellite) 5000 Plaza on the Lake

    San Antonio: (Satellite) 500 Navarro Street

    Houston: The George R. Brown Convention Center

    College Station: Texas A&M University

    This generous zone covers the majority of venues couples choose across Texas.

    ✔ Beyond 75 Miles: Simple $60 Local Travel Fee

    If your wedding venue falls outside the 75-mile free zone, a flat $60 Local Travel Fee is added to your package.

  • Holiday Premiums & Rare Exceptions

    We work hard to keep our prices all-inclusive so you always know your investment upfront. In the rare case something falls outside the standard ceremony experience, we’ll always communicate it clearly before booking.

    ✔ Late Start Fee — $100 per hour

    This applies only after a 30-minute delay from your scheduled ceremony start time.

    ✔ Holiday Premium — $100

    This applies on:

    Major holidays

    Peak holiday weekends

    High-demand celebration dates

    Holiday ceremonies require additional scheduling coordination, and this simple flat rate helps us honor our commitment to exceptional service.
