  • I usually wear an all black suit. If you’d like me to match a certain theme or color scheme, just let me know!

  • You’re responsible for obtaining your marriage license from your county clerk before the wedding. On the wedding day, I’ll sign it and I’ll make sure it’s properly filed. License will be returned to the County Clerk via FedEx.

  • Yes! I’m available to attend your rehearsal if you’d like me there. We’ll walk through the ceremony step by step so everyone feels confident and relaxed.

  • Absolutely! Your ceremony can be as traditional, modern, spiritual, or unique as you’d like. You can include personal vows, readings, rituals, or anything meaningful to you.

  • Most ceremonies last between 15–20 minutes, depending on what elements you’d like to include.

  • I’ll do everything I can to accommodate changes. Just reach out as soon as possible so we can review availability and details.

  • If Vow Squad is unable to officiate the ceremony due to illness, emergency, or any unforeseen circumstance, Vow Squad will make reasonable efforts to secure a qualified substitute officiant.

    If a substitute officiant cannot be arranged, all payments made by the Client, including the deposit, will be refunded in full within forty-five (45) days of cancellation.
